Should I find the supervisor of  Ph.D.？

Today is 27th oct.,but I haven't to found the supervisor of PH.D.,I am feeling very anxious,I am a postgraduate of junior 。And I want to go to beijing or shanghai  study ! According to my friends, the PH.D. english entrance examination is Very difficult, so I am also very worried about it!
