There are many for this but the main there are as follow. First，due to downsizing in government sector, the growing of the enterprises efficient, comes the demand for higher qualifications of talents. Second, I need to improve and update my knowledge for fitting social changing. Through learning some basic theory and special skill in this field, I am being a well-trained and rounded person. Private Schools in China

There is a general discussion these days over the issue of private schools in China. One of the questions under debate is whether the advantages of private schools overwhelm the disadvantages or vice versa.
As a matter of fact, there is much controversy nowadays over the issue of private schools in China. Some people are of the opinion that private schools do more good than harm in China education. They take the view that the government should encourage to set up more private schools in China. The private schools relieve the financial burden of the government. To some degree, private schools make up for the shortage of schools in China. In addition, these schools usually offer a better study environment, facilities and teaching equipment. Most private schools feature smaller classroom sizes that allow students to receive a lot more individual attention from teachers. But there are others who hold the view that the government should restrict the growth of private schools. The most important reason is that the tuition and funding fee are too high to be accepted. Besides, the diversity landscape in a private school environment can be flat compared to that of public schools. The students in private schools will meet fewer peers of diverse backgrounds and this can create a very insular atmosphere, which is not good for children to grow up.
As has been mentioned above, there are many advantages and disadvantages to private schools. In my opinion, private schools should be encouraged and supported both by the government and the public. As to high tuition and funding fee, it is up to the parents who can offer and the child who is suitable for that condition. (285 words)

Dissatisfactions Propel the Society Forward
It is well known that many people are not satisfied with their existing state of affairs. They often want something novel and something different. In some sense, it is these dissatisfactions that propel the society forward.
There are many impressed examples to illustrate this viewpoint. For example, in the beginning of the 20th century people were not satisfied with their life. It was inconvenient for them to travel, to communicate with friends who lived far away, to know what happened in the other places. Therefore many scientists endeavored to find out how to solve these dissatisfactions. Once electricity was available, great changes took place, and therefore the advent of electricity propelled the society forward. When the people entered the 21st century, they still were not satisfied with their life in many aspects. It is these dissatisfactions that encourage people to invent or create something novel and something different. As a result, superwide band internet comes out, multi-functional cellular phones one generation after another sprang up to the markets, superfast trains turn up, … Life style has changed and the society moves forward.
As has been mentioned above, a conclusion can be drawn that so long as people exist in the world, the society will continue moving forward. That is because no matter how advanced the society develops, there will be dissatisfactions to be improved. In a word, dissatisfaction is one of the factors which propel the society forward. To what extent is the use of animals in scientific research acceptable?
It is well known that using animals in scientific research is not new: European researchers first began large scale animal experimentation in the nineteenth century. Today, the use of animals in experiments is so widespread and so uncontrolled that it triggers a debate that to what extent the use of animals in scientific research is acceptable.
Indeed, there is much controversy nowadays over the issue of using animals in laboratory experiments. Some people are of the opinion that scientific research using living animals should be abandoned. These people feel that the suffering of lab animals is a moral issue similar to black slavery or the repression of women. But there are others who take the view that animal experiments are necessary in science developing. Many doctors and scientists are in favor of maintaining animal experimentation. They point out the fact that using animals to develop new kinds of medicine can prolong human life.
As has been mentioned above, there is certainly some truth on both sides. But neither the former nor the latter holds the key to the problem. In my opinion, the human need for using animals in research is not overstated, but we should restrict the abuse of lab animals. Laws and regulations should be laid down to let the lab animals be subject to smaller amounts of the research, and use medicine to relieve the pain of the animals while doing experiments. In conclusion, we must take into account this problem rationally and place more emphases on lab animals’ lives. Only by doing so can we control the number of animals used in the scientific research.
